The Standard Package

To be a key holder for your property and the first contact in the event of an emergency. We conduct weekly checks on the property (more if required) and always after any extreme weather changes.

We check that absolutely everything is in full working order, water is run through the system and the property is aired. You will receive a monthly report that details all the visits, however, you will be contacted immediately should we find anything amiss.

  • Security - Internal and external weekly inspections.
  • Key Holding - We are contactable 24 hours a day.
  • Property Maintenance - Our professional management team will check for any obvious signs of damage i.e. damp, cracks, leaks, pests etc. Any minor problems such as blown bulbs etc. will be rectified and logged on your monthly report. In the event of there being a major problem, you will be notified immediately and we will strive to repair, correct or replace whatever is necessary in as quick a time as possible.
  • Property Airing - Doors and windows are opened to ensure the property is properly aired.
  • Utility Checks - All appliances are checked and any faults are reported.
  • Ground Maintenance - Terraces, swimming pools and Jacuzzis are checked to ensure they are clear of debris, dust and leaves.
  • Prior to your arrival - We ensure that all appliances have been switched on i.e. hot water and heating / air-conditioning (if necessary).

Within 24 hours of any adverse weather or severe weather changes, rest assured your property will be fully inspected and you will be contacted if anything untoward has occurred.

Above and beyond that, just about anything is possible - restaurant recommendations and reservations, airport collections, welcome packs or personalised shopping, golf bookings/club hire, assistance in furnishing your property, to name but a few.
