We do not solely maintain property - our clients are important to us, so whether you would like to offer a short or long term rental, we can take the headache out of generating a rental income from your property, should you wish to do so. *
Here's what we can do for you:
C & N will take care of the vetting, collection of deposits and rent on your behalf, whilst keeping a close eye on your property during the rental period, thus insuring you have complete peace of mind.
At the beginning of every month we will collect your mail and rent from the property thus giving us an opportunity to check the interior and exterior. Your rent will be paid to you by bank transfer or into a local account, which ever you prefer.
In addition we look after the general maintenance of your property at all times throughout the duration of the contract.
With our "meet & greet" service, a C & N representative will personally meet tenants and explain the appliances, alarm system and locailty etc. whilst remaining on hand for any queries or questions your guests may have during their stay. We also make sure every tenant has an emergency contact numbers card and of course we are contactable 24 hours a day.
Welcome packs or personalised grocery shopping can be arranged prior to arrival as can flowers, champagne etc.
We encourage owners to compile a file of local information, restaurants etc, but this information is always available at our office.
